I recently (3 months ago) purchased a kit, the Joyetech Ego Mega Twist Plus with Cubis Pro tank.

The battery's micro-USB charging port just broke off, completely, after a few days of loose connection. It seems to be completely broken, ie. the metal port is coming out of the crevice, and it doesn't work at all.

I want to replace the battery, because I rather like this Cubis Pro tank and "LVC Clapton" atomizer, and don't want it to go to waste.

I've recently gotten a new TC mod that supports SS316L coils in TC mode, as I've had enough of dry hits and burned coils in wattage mode. (Innokin CFIV 18650 TC)

The issue is that I don't like throat-hit and therefore PG, and also enjoy clouds.
As such I am always leaning towards high VG juices (ideally I think I'd enjoy vaping 100% VG). In wattage mode this led me to experience constantly burned coils and dry hits as the cotton isn't able to wick up the thick VG juice fast...

Everyone loved this tank when it came out. I am a fan of the original TFV8 so I picked one up.

I got less than a week out of each of the coils it came with. After 5 days or so, the coils started getting weak and tasting burnt. I am staying within the recommended wattage range. The .15 coils are "best" between 60-80 watts and I am running it at 66.6 watts.

Anyone else having this problem? I don't want to order more coils for this tank if they are going to last less than a week. I...

Hi all, first post. Not a hugely experienced vaper. .

Just bought the above set, and as per title - my 1.4 Ohm coil has read 0.56 Ohm since my first puff.

However, everything seems to be working fine. Using a 70%VG 11mg liquid, MTL at 11.5 Watts, and flavour is great, battery life seems Ok and I'm going my usual 36 hours between refills.

Only tried removing and reinstalling the coil, no change. Haven't got the other 0.5 Ohm coil to check the reading until later this week.

I am a little lazy so sure I want to cut corners by extending the rebuild timeframe.

How many tanks (2ml) before changing out wicks ? I have plenty of organic cotton. Right now replacing about every 15ml.

COILS - I burn them rather clean instead of changing out each time. This way they last me about 3 weeks or about 100ml. I'm new to vaping and it is somewhat of a hassle to replace the coil. Not good ?

The usual method seems to burn the wick fast (as expected)

am on a 28ga kanthal with 2.5mm ID and 7 wraps
i have tried with muji cotton, kendo and drago cotton.

The coil comes to about 1.6 ohms and i run on 11 or 12 watts, anything more, instantly the cotton burns.

I have a X-Cube Mini 75 W and a Tesla 80 W mod. I am using LG HG2 18650's with a Efest LUC V4 charger. Tanks include SMOK TFV4, Kanger Subtank plus, Kanger Toptank Plus and a Triton 2. I rarely go below .5 ohm and rarely go above 50 W.

I've seen a lot of Hype about the new Smok GX350. I've even picked one up for myself. I haven't seen anyone post any issues as of yet. My only concern is I have the purple mod kit and am wondering how it will hold up cosmetically with the matte paint finish. If anyone runs into any issues please update.
