So today I celebrate my 1 year of smoke free. Over 9000 cigarettes not smoked. Well after almost 40 years of smoking this is a great accomplishment for me. I was basically told that it wasn't really a 1 year anniversary because I still had nicotine in my system and that I traded one addiction for another.
