I got the SX Mini G Class about two weeks ago its a nice mod. I dont have any issues as far as vaping with it but upgrading it is another story. i connect it to my laptop with no issues. I’m 26 and one of the main reasons I’m trying to quit smoking is the effects it has on my skin. Sure, it comes with aging but I’ve seen way too many pictures of smoker/non-smoker identical twins to know for sure that smoking is making it worse. I use a SMOK TFV 12 PRINCE Tank which I am satisfied with and the battery should have a compatible connection (or adapter) However, I will change my tank eventually if I must. I bought 4 Sony VTC5 batteries from an on line site I have used before. They are also listed, everywhere on ECF as a trusted, reliable source for authentic batteries. I have never rec'd batteries with white stickers (semi attached, slightly peeling off) with the battery specs before. (see pic)

So recently my friend gave me away his Joytech Unimax 2 due it
Not working at all. I checked the tank, reassembled it back together,
Now when I try to fire it, my Alien 220W shows: "Ohms too low".
Remember, on his Evic Primo v2 it just didn't work at all.

Hey Peeps!
So I am still on the hunt for info and how found that I am having trouble getting the answers I need because I dont know how to ask the questions. (I hope that makes sense)

Am I right in thinking that if I use two 20 Amp 18650 batteries to support 70 watts on my Mod that each batterie will use 1.75 volts? Or to simplify for myself, 20amps for 3.5 volts for 70 watts? I am using a regulated mod and my goals is to stay under 5 volts to avoid formaldihyde.

For 5 years I have been using the cloupor mini box mod that uses a single 18650 battery. Alas my mighty box mod is showing its years and needs replacement. I would like a mod that has as a minimum the following features, most important first:

I've been happily squonking away with my Aleader Bhive dual coil squonker. I changed the cotton and battery last night. I wet the cotton pretty well. But when I press on the bottle I feel resistance. I got a dry hit last night and when I checked the cotton was bone dry even tho I regularly pressed on the bottle the same way I did when it was working.

Im having a little trouble understanding what temp is too hot to vape at out of fear of creating formaldehyde( speeling?)

Hi guys. I've been vaping at 30w on an OBS Engine with a couple of SS317L 28 gauge stainless steel coils that I built at 0.6 ohms. Now that I've got a mod capable of higher wattage and low resistance for my OBS Engine, I removed the coils and put the twisted coils in that came with it. I don't know what metal the twisted wire is, although Mike of Mike's Vapes thinks it's kanthal. The resistance is 0.15 ohms.

I put it to 60w, fired it, it sounded aggressive and then burnt my mouth....

I have two batteries that have nicks in the wrappers. The one ecig store near me doesn't rewrap them or sell wrappers.
Are some wrappers better than others? If I'm going to attempt this I want to do it right. Is there some recognized method to do this so I don't mess it up? The only difference between what I had done before and have been doing lately is that I started using my phone charger to charge the AIO battery. So currently im using a SMOK Alien mod with the standard baby beast tank. I like everything about it except one thing. The coils this tank uses are pretty bad. I get 5 days max out of them but usually closer to 2-3 days. I'm only putting 3-4 ml of juice through them a day at 55 watts. I've read that this is pretty typical with SMOK coils and is especially the case with the coils for the baby beast. So i'm looking to upgrade tanks to one that uses coils with a generally way better lifespan....

I have been vaping since the early days of ecigs =)
I have stopped about a year or 2 ago and I am making a comeback!
I have always been interested in getting one of those fancy box mods, but back then they were 200+
So I recently picked up a Vaporesso Luxe. I am a MTL kind of guy... I know that box mods like the Luxe are primarily for DTL.

What can I do to use the Luxe in a MTL capacity? Change the settings? Use a different Vaporesso coil?
