Too much time on my hands, but just musing...
Why is it that the FS forum rules suggest that you not mention ecigs in your Paypal transactions here or risk getting your PP account suspended, yet the only way to pay for a vaping item on ebay is with Paypal?
Also, if a deal in the FS forum here goes sideways and you have to file a PP dispute - don't you risk suspension of your PP account once you disclose what the item was that you never received or was misrepresented in some way?
