Some history first: Smoked for just under 3 years approximately 20-30 roll ups each day. Very thin roll ups though with extra slim filters. I have asthma and although i do have a year round asthma/smoking related cough its rare that the smoking actually affects my breathing or respiratory enough for me to need to use inhalers.
