General Vaping Discussion

Lately my RTA (Berserker Mini) has been giving me an horrible nasty taste so I gave it a good thorough cleaning and I realized the contact pin (the golden thing at the bottom) is kinda black where the insulator usually stands.

I have been searching for an answer but it seems it is not a common occurence so I didn't find anything about this issue and I was wondering why is it happening and if it's related to the disgusting taste I'm getting out of this RTA. Here is a picture so you can see...

Anybody know of a good pod system, or better yet, a good 100w plus mod that can charge on a wireless charger like a phone, watch, etc.? I like technology, so the vaping fits right in my hobbies. I have to believe that some of the companies are at least working on it. Anybody seen any news about this? Searched a bit, and the only one I can find is this... Hello, once I press fite button on my smok stick v8 mod , it starts buzzing. It still produces vapor, but it doesn't like a lot. Also, it is vibrating a bit.
