General Vaping Discussion

just bought this but left the shop without hitting it. I click to hit it but get "power locked" on the screen. I tried the reset pin on the bottom but didn't do anything. I'm assuming this is a child lock that I accidentally activated. Anybody with a Smok vape (assuming they use the same software) or a Q Box that knows how to unlock it?
