General Vaping Discussion

The FDA is considering using it's exiisting authority to require that nicotine in cigarettes be reduced to non addictive levels. I stsopped smoking almost three years ago, not interested in using them, but there must be some dual users on the forum who would give them a try. So how do you get them?
