General Vaping Discussion

Hi there, I'm new to vaping. I bought myself a Vaporesso Tarot Nano Kit with some 'Traditional ECU Coils' with a sticker that says 35-40 watts. Do I need to run it at this voltage? can I go higher? the coils have a ohm of 0.5.
