I'm having an issue with my mod batteries, and charging. Using a Nitecore D2 Charger, with IMR 18650 3000maH batteries. The batteries are just below 1/2, and I threw them on to charge as I will be out most the day( normally I wait till I have a low battery indication, or close). When they are in the charger, the first charging bar is blinking on both batteries only, they have been on for around an hour and a half.
