As one of those to reach the one year smoke-free milestone in 2017 I just wanted to congratulate my fellow grads. How many New Years resolutions actually are successful?!! In hindsight the time seems to have gone by rather quickly and the rough spots don’t seem like they were so bad now. I do know that without the help and support offered by so many ECF members it would have been far more difficult for me to make one month let alone one year smoke-free.
