i haven't been frequenting ECF as much as usual, but today is a special day, all thanks to ECF. Today is my one year quit date, and I never thought I'd be able to say that. I've smoked all my life, and I (and my doctor) believed I was on the brink of some very bad health problems. So I found ECF, and not long after, I quit.
