General Vaping Discussion

So I've noticed a few threads with mentions of "deeming regulations",,,,,,,,

and I have no clue what that is,,I've tried googling, and I've tried looking on here, and it's all just so freaking confusing,,,,,

I got out of vaping for about a year and recently got back in,,,

I do remember over a year ago they were talking about POSSIBLY NOT allowing any e-cigs and products that were not around on a certain date,,,and it APPEARS that might have something to do with these deeming...

What the heck are "deeming regulations"??
