This is the first time I have ever taken to submitting a grievance with a company in an online forum.
I ordered a mod from Vaporlips for my husband in September 2015. I paid in full for my purchase and my husband was excited about the order we had made.
Fast forward 17 months later....... Still have NOT RECEIVED MY PRODUCT ..... Started requesting updates/refunds at the 1 year mark and when at 16 months with no product sent I requested a refund was informed that there terms protect them...
