General Vaping Discussion

Hello all, so i bought a topbox mini kit, well i chosed clapton coil 0.5 as regular to vape. My mod shows 0.67 resistance and then i push fire button its shows 3.90 +V is this is normal? Iam new to vaping actually, please help give some tips, thanks all :)
