General Vaping Discussion

Ok, I'm really paranoid now.
I have used lots of different companies for vaping and always check their trust rating on trustpilot but...

My question is > I always make a point of using paypal for security but is there anyway that companies can take money from your account (without a purchase) based on the bank details that you used when you purchased something?

Or is it a case that the company will make the request from PayPal and they (PayPal) will extract the money from your account? so...

So many companies.
