Went online to make a purchase using a coupon RJR just sent today. Could not get to the checkout page; only got a "Contact Us" screen. Finally got someone on the phone who told me that:
a) I was locked out
b) They could not tell me why I had been locked out
c) I can't set up another account or order from them again (!?)
I tried to explain it must be a mistake because I'm a (slightly..) older woman with no minors trying to pull a fast one on them, and was answered with, "I'm...
