Saw on the news last night that a new e cigarette study showed that while less likely to cause cancer, long term use of an e cigarette causes you to be twice as likely for a heart attack. I can't remember who did the study though I do believe it was a college. I may have to give up vaping because of my family health history. I've been struggling for a while trying to find out which level of nicotine works for me. I want to switch to vaping so bad but it just doesn't feel as satisfying as a cigarette. so in an effort to explore exotic coils and still keep them light enough to not have the classic problems of most exotic coils I’ve been running 8x28ga twisted. 6 coils on a 3.5mm mandrel spaced. Favor is there and there’s a moderate cloud boost. They seem to crap up pretty fast though. I’m running a darker juice though, and I’m wondering if it’s a factor of the coil design or just the juice. Hello boys and girls. I have an Eleaf 220w E-cig with an Eleaf Ello atomizer. I dropped it on the floor from like 70 centimeters and it doesn't seem to have a scratch. But the next time I puffed from it it didn't quite give me the aroma I'm used to. It was partly that aroma and partly burned flavour. This all may seem like common sense but it's very important and I didn't realize it myself fully at first. I bought SS 316L 24G wire about 2 weeks ago. First I tried contact coils and didn't like them so I started building spaced coils . The build was 10 wraps with the SS 24G 3mm inside diameter spaced. Quit analogs and been vaping since 2012. I started with the Halo G6 cig-a-like and graduated to the Triton when it came out. Then I tried the VV Triton bat and haven't looked any further as it is all I need. Cant figure it out. I have a Zeus, run it with a 0.5 ohm coil, prefer the 510 driptip. 420w 19 w. I have a narda clone, run it with a 0.5 ohm coil, 510 driptip, same settings as the zeus. I just got my icare2 and im using 50/50 juice and 1.1coil . Im wondering why is the coil burnt so quickly? Is it because of the juice? Should i get lower VG juice instead? so this one really is for the Australian vapers; importing of nicotine juice. As far as I know - customs gets suspicious on bringing in over 3 months supply which makes buying in bulk possibly hazardous, but is there a definitive limit on the amount? So as the title says, I have made a serious mistake with my Tpriv 3 and I feel really dumb. It's rather new, but, in my half awake state, I decided to look up a firmware upgrade in case there is one. There isn't, that I can find. The one I found, and without triple checking like usual, LOADED, was the 1.08 for the original TPriv. Oops. I did it right, but it's not for my mod. I was about a pack a day smoker before deciding to switch to vape. While I haven't had a cigarette since starting vaping, I don't "feel" that I am getting much of the nicotine. I'm sure I'm getting some since I've been able to stop smoking without any withdrawal. But it doesn't seem that I'm able to actually feel the nicotine. Hello. This is not a gradual increase over time. The atty is a heron V1. I’ve been struggling for so long and I’m close to fixing it but it’s not quite perfect. Hello Folks Recently I had purchased 2 pairs of LG HG2 batteries. 2 from a Chinese vendor, and 2 from local vape shop. After initial charging before use, I had let my Eleaf Invoke mod to deplete the batteries to the lowest voltage which is 3.10 Volts. So, this device is a "harm reduction" device, obviously not as safe as vaping e liquid but much better than smoking. Removed the cotton. Burned all the junk from my coil. Let it sit to cool down for rewicking. Forgot about it. Tried to take a hit. Pressed the button. I'm new to ss 316L 24G wire. I tried two different builds with this wire and they both showed me a lot. I wasn't happy with 8 wraps dual ss coil because of the wattage I thought I can use. I quickly learnt that because ss is a hotter wire than kanthal, I needed to hang around slightly lower wattage than I had it. An 85 year old friend has just come out of acute respiratory unit after a bout of pneumonia . Thought I would try and steer her towards vaping. So I recently bought a Alien 220w mod and it was working great. But I ordered some new coils and now I’m getting a bad taste, it’s not burnt but it just doesn’t taste good. I cleaned my tank out completely before primed the coil then let it soak for 30 minutes. looking for a huge RDA I can fit a ton of fused Clapton coils in, something that will make more vapor than a TFV12 T14 coil. Something with posts that are good for thick wire such as fused claptons.
